Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Hannah Thais. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Hannah Thais for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Hannah Thais from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Hannah Thais involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Hannah Thais, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Hannah Thais

There are 5 workout days a week in this guide. Including 2 upper body days and 3 lowers days. Including stretches and core workouts to add as a warm up and finisher.
This guide is best done at the gym but if you have a good amount of equipment at home you can make it work.
Also includes mindfulness practices, nutrition guidelines, lesson on glute anatomy, and how to progress!
