This comprehensive 6-day-a-week program is tailored for those who don’t just want to look “Strong” but want to actually be strong! Within this program, you will do four days of focused strength training, divided to target every muscle group. Two days are dedicated to building lower body strength, laying the foundation for power and stability. The other two days shift the focus to the upper body, focusing on your arms, chest, back, and shoulders into a blend of strength and aesthetics. This isn't just training, it's a deliberate system not only for the visual effect but for maximum strength. It also incorporates two days of rigorous conditioning, designed to shred fat and elevate your overall conditioning. The conditioning isn't just an afterthought, it's a critical component of the program, ensuring that you achieve that lean, athletic build.
