The Lean Build Experience is a 12-week education-led introductory course and coaching experience designed to help women confidently enter their lean build phase and learn how to build glutes and lower body muscle strategically.
This program is designed to move women away from endless dieting cycles and instead teach the foundations of intentional muscle growth, progressive training and sustainable nutrition.
This is NOT a challenge.
It’s a guided learning experience with structured training, education and coaching support.

Participants can choose between two nutrition approaches depending on their goals:
Option A: Maintenance Recomposition
A structured weekly meal plan designed to help you build shape and improve performance while remaining around maintenance calories.
Option B: Personalised Lean Growth
Custom macros set in a slight surplus to support slow and strategic muscle growth.
Both options include access to the Nutrition Vault, featuring flexible meal swaps and macro friendly recipes to keep nutrition sustainable and adaptable.
