Minimum term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Steph Richards. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Steph Richards for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Steph Richards from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Steph Richards involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Steph Richards, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Steph Richards
